Your First Visit

Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to complete any necessary forms. If it is your first visit, our dental team recommends completing our new patient form in advance when possible.

Initial Examination

To begin, your dentist will review your medical and dental history and complete a dental exam, which will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, jaw, and bite, an oral cancer screening, and any required x-rays.

Treatment Plan

Your dentist will create a long-term dental treatment plan for you based on your examination and dental history. There will also be time to ask any questions you may have about your dental health and treatment options.

• Do you provide services in any languages other than English?

  Yes, our office is able to provide dental services in several languages including French and Spanish.

• Does your clinic have parking?

  Yes, we have convenient paid parking available for all our patients. We are also easily accessible by public transit (our office is located next to a light rail transit stop).
